Domestic Cleaning

Domestic cleaning services are for private houses of any size. Cleans can be weekly, fortnightly, one off or irregular. Along with the cleaning service we provide all cleaning products, machinery and equipment. This service can link in with a Home Help service that we also provide. Our rates start from £19.50 per hour (including VAT) with a minimum charge of 2 hours.

Deep Cleaning

Deep cleaning is a little like a builders clean but applies to both domestic and commercial premises but is not based on a post building contract. It can include:

• Stripping out domestic kitchens; the cupboards washers, dryers, ovens and cleaning all surfaces.
• Full house cleans including kitchens and bathrooms to a very deep level
• Commercial kitchens 6 monthly or annual deep cleans to meet government regulations
• Commercial premises of any kind

Along with the cleaning service we provide all cleaning products, machinery and equipment. Our rates start from £ 18.00 per hour + VAT for commercial clients and £19.50 for private individuals, with a minimum charge of 4 hours.

Homecare

Here we link the cleaning service with a Home Help service. It involves the provision of general assistance and specific task such as:

• General household assistance
• Dog walking,
• Meal preparation
• Shopping
• Bed making
• Companionship.

All home care work, which can be interfaced with any other of our services start from £20.00 per hour including VAT and depends on the hours booked and their frequency.

Between Let Cleans

Between let and sale cleaning services involve the provision a cleaning service for commercial clients and private individuals for flats, houses and offices when:

• Premises need to be spruced up or deep cleaned prior to sale
• Recently leased or purchased premises need cleaning before occupation, often at short notice
• Houses or flats need to be cleaned to meet Letting agency standards and regular inspections
